Thanks for the demo, it's pretty great! This version played well on mobile, any chance the full release will be available as such?

By wave sets I mean I passed the boss again - full cycles. Though thinking about the boss specifically it might have been more like another three times?

ESC works, though it also drops me out of full-screen. It would be good if that and ENTER to select being on the instructions.

Thanks for the game! I have almost filled the void. Well, one of them, anyway.

Feels like it needs more upgrades at the start, and less later on - took me a dozen runs to beat the boss, and on that try I lasted through another half-dozen or so wave sets before I added boomers and was blown away.

I call this the Thorny Hydra build. It's interesting that you can strategically build your inventory to allow multiple helmets full bonus, but leveling up eventually kills it. (Made up here by the breastplate)

So what if I'm wearing five helmets, that's perfectly normal, right?

Apparently it works on mobile! Could do with some tweaks, but would love to see official support 

All UI works, but some things end up in unexpected places, and several things are unreadable.

Hmm, it might not have loaded properly the first time - a second play through ran much smoother, though this time it failed to save. Still a bit slower than I'd like on dialog, but much better.

Beat the game on the first try with a bunch of cleavers and the stopwatch - I'm guessing I got pretty lucky.

Was a lot of fun though, some feed-back:

  • Text loaded way slower than I would have liked, maybe 15sec per dialog when I would have like <1
  • A lot of the interactions feel clunky at this stage

Some bugs:

  • Items end up in odd spots, like over the character or across the top of the screen at times (top of screen was exclusively from chests, I think)
  • The wheel spin event bounced back and forth after stopping and didn't let me claim my 'prize' (a curse) or progress
  • At one point I lost the 'End Turn' button, possibly when using the golden whetstone. A couple of other times it wouldn't respond until I interacted with something else
